The female manager that took our order was very friendly. Our order came out fast and the food was good. The dining room and restrooms were absolutely filthy. The floors were old and worn but no one had even tried to clean them. There was food on the floor of the dining room and dirt everywhere. I hope the kitchen is cleaner.

I received a coupon in the mail for free onion rings. When I went to use my coupon they had no onion rings. Coincidence? I think not. Also the employees like to nag you about whether you like your food or not. Employees and service are bad. Food is amazing tho.
The employees were very attentive. The general manager was extremely rude to employees. She hollered at the one who said that the orange shake mix was low "it's not rocket science" when he calmly stated that he was not shown how to do it. When we were leaving the restaurant she screamed out to the employee driving away that she was going to kill him because he left the trash by the door not outside in the dumpster. I wonder if she needs to be retrained so she knows how to train employees or have a vacation. It would have been Five stars if she was not that way with the employees. Unprofessional.
Service was great, love the smiling faces. Atmosphere was nice too, quaint. Prices are a bit higher than most fast food reataurants but it's all good because the food is slamming! Also, they were a little busy when we arrived but they got us our food in 3 mins or less, I'm impressed
