Very decent exp eat at restaurant there was pleasant to say the least and did laundry there very facility.
Wish I could be more positive of this TA. Everyone in the staff was very friendly and helpful and I was able to park for night. And the meatloaf was great! Now the downside. I was told to move my truck because they said I parked in a reserved spot except it wasn't a reserved spot. Restaurant is not 24hrs so no breakfast to start my day. Shower #4 flooded so I had to use all my towels and then some to mop up so I wouldn't go through my day with wet feet. Shower is simply designed to flood the room no matter what. I will stay here again if I need to but will avoid this location for my 34s. But again the meatloaf was great!
Lot on the small side. Half of truck spots are reserved. Restaurant staff really helpful and dedicated. Cashier in store couldn't be bothered to wait on customers, while gossiping with a friend while 4 paying customers in line. Refused to honor the first refill offer when I bought a new mug.
Food options are limited to Country Pride here. I used shower#1. It was clean and well kept, but the air in there was cold. Other than that, there's some really decent reasons to stay here. HEB is within walking distance, so if you need to stock up on long term food supplies, this TA Would be a good option.
The GM is why I'm giving this place only one star, staff is super friendly but the old guy claiming to be the GM and hiding his name tag was extremely rude... Please take your business elsewhere Especially if you have a dog because the GM or the old guy Claiming to be the GM doesn't like dogs, doesn't treat humans like Jesus would, is probably racist too and in my personal opinion he is probably gonna go straight to hell when he croaks.. please pray for his soul!!! Also the speedway up the road has amazing staff that loves dogs!!
